Saltery Bay Provincial Park includes Mermaid Cove, a popular diving area and an amazing viewing area for phosphorescents at night. There is also a public boat launch and picnic area within the park, just up the road from the campground turn-off. Half the camp sites can be reserved online, the other half are first come first serve.
Okeover Arm Provincial Park has 18 drive-in sites that are available on a first come first serve basis. This park is often the starting point for kayakers who are heading out for paddling adventures in Desolation Sound Marine Park.
Desolation Sound Marine Provincial Park is a world-renowned kayaking destination. With 11 different marine sites to choose from, there is no limit to the adventures for paddlers in this pristine area. A backcountry permit is required to camp in the park.
